"Will the youth of the world, burned by Obama, be duped again by Assange?"
.
Just finishing this wikkid article on Wikileaks by summa cum laude rogue academic badass and veteran historian, author, journalist and false flag terrorologist Webster Griffin Tarpley, he's awesome. He breaks down the history of Wikileaks based on what we can know. I've already done a lot of this research and it looks great to me.
Recently, on my CKLN radio show, I warned us about how our hope is destroyed by believing in the heroes we're sold by the mass media. We're not just wrong, we're depressed too, which seems to be the plan. Wikileaks isn't exposing the CIA. In fact, it's targeting CIA enemies and has already helped topple an Arab government.
See the article for more, like the history of both Assange and Wikileaks, there's lots of juicy stuff that anybody can fact-check if they want. This looks like a deliberate con-job by spooks attacking each other, free speech and internet freedom, among other targets. It also makes people think they're getting the truth when they're not.
That doesn't mean we shouldn't piggy-back the interest in topics generated by the mass media to give people info they might (currently) be interested in, like Toronto Truth Seekers did during the H1N1 pandemic scare. Just that we should expose the lies they sell instead of re-selling them as happened again with the Wikileaks stuff.
Globally standardizing thought and culture isn't hard today. We're taught to avoid being critical, which destroys our critical thinking skills. We like getting behind what others are interested in, which creates group think. We want to cheer for things that happen instead of making things happen. That's what happend with Wikileaks hype.
Before people get burned and turned-off again by their new hero Assange, who's staying in posh environs at the behest of a former British intelligence officer while supposedly chased by Western governments worldwide, let's try to get this article and more info out to more people. It's the least we could do for our collective sanity.

Wikileaks Is The “Cognitive Infiltration” Operation Demanded by Cass Sunstein
Webster G. Tarpley | Tarpley.net | January 22, 2011
Awareness is growing around the world that the Wikileaks-Julian Assange theater of the absurd is radically inauthentic – a psyop. Wikileaks and its impaired boss represent a classic form of limited hangout or self-exposure, a kind of lurid striptease in which the front organization releases doctored and pre-selected materials provided by the intelligence agency with the intent of harming, not the CIA, nor the UK, nor the Israelis, but rather such classic CIA enemies’ list figures as Putin, Berlusconi, Karzai, Qaddafi, Rodriguez de Kirchner, etc. In Tunisia, derogatory material about ex-President Ben Ali leaked by Wikileaks has already brought a windfall for Langley in the form of the rare ouster of an entrenched Arab government. ...
... But now, NSC, State, and CIA believe that the color revolution has a new lease on life, thanks to their estimate that the United States, because of Wikileaks and Assange, has captured the imagination of a new generation of young nihilists across the globe who are described as the post-9/11 generation, estranged from governments and opposition parties, and thus ready to follow Langley’s peroxide Pied Piper. ...
... Assange is now famous, it might be argued. But the Wall Street controlled media can make anyone famous, from Lady Gaga to Justin Bieber to Snooki, and this is what they have done with Assange. It is wrong to capitulate to the demagogic power of these media by making it appear that there might be some legitimate value to Assange. Up to now, the CIA has been organizing color revolutions using Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and so forth as vehicles. Now they think they have a cult figure whom they can sell to the youth bulge in the Arab world and other developing countries, where most of the population is under 30. This is an operation which must be exposed. ...

John Young from Cryptome.org was one of the founders of Wikileaks and runs his own website which does the same type of thing, except, without mass media support. He explains the history of Wikileaks and is a veteran of this "leaks" stuff in general, you can search YouTube for more of his interviews. He's a cool tough old guy too - Ed.
